Jeepin' for CASA 2026 Vendor Application
We welcome you to participate as a vendor at Jeepin' for CASA 2026. To apply, simply fill out the form below. All vendor applications are subject to review and approval and applicants will be contacted by a CASA representative regarding the status of their application. There is no cost to secure a vendor spot, but we kindly ask that you consider making a donation to CASA in the form of a monetary contribution and/or an item for our silent auction. Please have all auction items ready by 8:00am on the day of the event. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

Vendor spots are free with a donation to CASA.

Vendors must be set up and ready by 8:00am.

Vendors are required to provide their own supplies and equipment; no tents or supplies will be provided.

Electricity will be available, but vendors must bring their own extension cords.

This is a rain or shine event, so please be prepared for any weather.

Due to National CASA standards, we ask that vendors do not bring any political items, weapons, or R rated items. Keep in mind that this is an event to raise funds for CHILDREN. Let’s keep it clean.

CASA of North Arkansas retains the right to deny vendor registrations that do not meet the above requirements.
