We ask our vendors to make a donation to CASA either through providing items for our silent auction, a portion of your proceeds from the event, or a monetary donation below.

Jeepin' for CASA 2026 Vendor Application

We welcome you to participate as a vendor at Jeepin' for CASA 2026. To apply, simply fill out the form below. All vendor applications are subject to review and approval and applicants will be contacted by a CASA representative regarding the status of their application. There is no cost to secure a vendor spot, but we kindly ask that you consider making a donation to CASA in the form of a monetary contribution and/or an item for our silent auction. Please have all auction items ready by 8:00am on the day of the event. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

  • Vendor spots are free with a donation to CASA.

  • Vendors must be set up and ready by 8:00am.

  • Vendors are required to provide their own supplies and equipment; no tents or supplies will be provided.

  • Electricity will be available, but vendors must bring their own extension cords.

  • This is a rain or shine event, so please be prepared for any weather.

  • Due to National CASA standards, we ask that vendors do not bring any political items, weapons, or R rated items. Keep in mind that this is an event to raise funds for CHILDREN. Let’s keep it clean.

  • CASA of North Arkansas retains the right to deny vendor registrations that do not meet the above requirements.
