In consideration of CASA of North Arkansas accepting this entry, I, as a Jeepin' for CASA participant, intending to be legally bound, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against CASA of North Arkansas and their benefactors, representatives, successors, and/or assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me during the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to CASA of North Arkansas to use any photographs, videos, motion pictures, recordings, and any other records of this event for legitimate purposes.
